Quick Response (QR) codes are frequently scanned by customers with smartphones. Scanning the QR code might provide them with your contact information or it migth take them directly to your website. Or, it might take them to your specific website landing page about the product they are viewing right now.

One QR Code or Multiple QR Codes?

Contact us for help in choosing to use one QR code or multiple QR codes. As a general rule you would use one QR Code on all your CraftIDs (a single QR Code) when your purpose is to direct customers to a single web page or share the same contact information for every product. If you want customers to visit a product-specific page for each QR code then you will want to purchase CraftIDs that each have a unique QR code (multiple QR Codes).
